Perfect!

Beautiful for a queen bed

This bedspread is beautiful. I have always loved this type of quilt and this one is especially pretty. I ordered the beige and originally thought it was too dark. But in the daylight it really is a pretty color.
It is 100% cotton and has a lot of hand weight to it. I have it folded at the foot of my bed at night so I’m not using it as a cover. But I think it would weigh on me heavily if I did.
I ordered the king size for my queen sized bed and it fits perfectly from side to side but is about 10” short on the bottom. I have a footboard that covers it so it doesn’t matter but that might be an issue with some beds. Also the pattern runs from side to side rather than from top to bottom. It also doesn’t matter with the way my bed is positioned in the room, but again, may make a difference to some people. Lastly, the pillow shams are made really long to fit king sized pillows. Really too big for my pillows and I may have them altered. For right now I’m just tucking the excess sham under the pillow. But I’m pleased with the quality of the bedspread.
